The aim of this workshop is to provide a national consultative platform for the executive and senior management teams from our universities on the strategy and planning required for successful institutional entrepreneurship development interventions.
The objectives of this Workshop are for participants to:
- Understand the context of entrepreneurship development, while shaping future actions and strategy in this regard at institutional level;
- Understand and reflect on the international best practice in entrepreneurship development for operational success and financial sustainability;
- Identify and interrogate the current challenges, issues and opportunities in building entrepreneurship development planning and management capacity; and
- Discuss and agree on the way forward for sectoral entrepreneurship development initiatives, which are relevant and responsive to the needs of South African universities.
The workshop is being offered by USAf at no fee for executive leadership at Universities.
