Call for Exhibitors

EDHE Lekgotla 2020

We are Calling on Companies to take part in our First Virtual Exhibition Platform!

As a country and continent, we have the opportunity to lead the way in developing new technologies and start-ups to meet the specific needs and challenges of the era we are in. The National Entrepreneurship Development in Higher Education (EDHE) Lekgotla has been redesigned in the context of COVID-19. We are calling on companies.

  • Exhibition fee for five days: R2 500 if you secure your space before the 15th of August 2020.
  • Exhibition fee for five days: R3 500 if you secure your space after the 15th of August 2020.
  • Closing of registrations: 5 September 2020
  • Obtain insights about leads through your profile and interact with visitors during and after the event;
  • Live mobile engagement that increases booth traffic;
  • Boosted brand visibility if including giveaways/vouchers: sign up for those promotions through the app with one button, which channels contact information to you in real time;
  • The Whova app allows attendees to post comments, pictures, and likes on the exhibitor profile page which helps increase foot traffic;
  • Easy-to-browse indoor maps and exhibitor lists to guide expo guests to explore the event and maximise their time visiting;
  • You can set up gamification on the Whova app, a live slideshow , and live polling for people’s awards or collecting instant feedback;
  • Explore attendee profiles and engage them with in-app messages, bulletin board, group chat, business card exchanging, Twitter outlet, etc., and even connect after the event;
  • Gain real-time insights of the booth visitors and use that information to nurture the relationship.
  • Further promote our brand or special promotions through the public bulletin board, in-app messages, and Twitter outlet.
  1. Step 1: Complete the booking form below and complete all the required fields.
  2. Step 2: An invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment.
  3. Step 3: Submit the proof of payment to zamaswazi@usaf.ac.za with the reference “Lekgotla Exhibitor” and your name/company name.
  4. A registration link will be sent for official registration via the Whova platform.
  5. Upload your company information to your Virtual Exhibition Booth.

    • Contact details
    • Category of your business
    • Live showcase link
    • Company video link
    • Booth staff names
