At the recent national Student Entrepreneurship Week (#SEW2020), Nelson Mandela University began its presentation with a quote from the legend after whom it is named, the iconic Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it is done.” These words have provided inspiration to many of its students who have made their dreams a reality by starting businesses.
As they did for their most famous alumnus, the internationally renowned knitwear designer, Mr Laduma Ngxokolo (right), whose fashions have been worn by world renowned artists such as Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Mafikizolo and Hugh Masekela, to name a few.
